My dad ordered pairs of pants from the website. The material is not what we thought it would be. We ordered a Men's Large. The pants we received would only fit a small skinny child. I have reached out to them by email and they are refusing to refund my money. The most they will refund it 30% if I return the product at my cost which they say is a very expensive shipping cost. I have emailed them back and forth at least 10 times. They will not give me more than 30% back.
