Made an order in November. Company never shipped the product two months later. Shipping was never even attempted and contacting customer service first resulted in them telling me to wait. They wouldn’t respond to any questions or respond to further emails trying to address the issue. They wouldn’t refund me or even respond to my emails, definitely fraudulent behavior.
