Ordered a gift in October. Using their tracking system they said it was delivered but i did not receive it, nor did my neighbors (they asked repeatedly that i ask them). They then said they would provide a 10% discount on my next purchase if i returned the item.... again i could not as it was never received. Then they told me what they delivered was actually not what I ordered originally. After NUMEROUS emails back and forth, they said they would provide a full refund. Within 5 business days, it has been over 10 business days. I now see this site if a total scam and i doubt i will ever get my refund from Madefouf.com.
