Matchbox Matrimonial is a fraudulent company. After a free sign-up, there is an interview where services are sold as per tier levels. A full package costs $621 and assigns you a matchmaker who will assist on getting matches. Significant personal information is shared. It started off with a very unprofessional and rude and then they stopped providing any service soon after. After months of trying to reach them, one person (Suman) would reply stating she will look into and disappear. The personnel then completely disappeared, gave no proper accounts of services, and stopped providing any service and refused also were unreachable when asked to refund remaining funds which was close to $500.
