'Your memories personalized' is there catch phrase. They supposedly use 10 photos to create a personalized film roll keychain. I uploaded 10 photos for each of the keychains and ordered 10 keychains. Spent time cropping and adjusting them and then placed my ordered and paid back in February of 2023 for a bridesmaid gift and never received them. I reached out multiple times with no response. I was cleaning up my email and decided to report because that was money lost that could have gone toward other important wedding items.
