Miko company advertised an ai chess board which i bought for my son as a Christmas gift, it arrived late and never worked, never turned on, I’ve emailed them a hundred times and always get an automatic reply, it’s been a month, I cannot return their product that does not work, no one is getting back to me and I cannot get my money back
