ad in globe and mail, advertises, as a canadian company, item sent is nothing like the illustration in catalogue in terms of material or colour, cheap printed synthetic material instead of knitted ribbed textured green sweater shown in catalogue. when I complained, offered "exchange" for another catalogue item, then told me I had to send it back at my expense and when they received it they would look into refunding. a few days later offered 30% "discount" on bought item if I kept it. today they contacted me saying the item was "with the local carrier" and I need to claim it or it will be "discarded." I have the item, as there is a postal strike.
