In July 2022 purchased a porch swing that stated it would be delivered by July 19 2022. I paid, immediately recieved an email thanking me for order, but due to " covid" delivery would be much delayed. My order would be processed in 5-7 days then shipped. I immediately sent an email back, explaining the order was a gift so if initial delivery wasn't possible please just refund my money. I immediately recieved an answering email telling refund was not possible due to order already being processed. This email exchange took place with an HOUR of the order I had been told would take 5-7 days just to process BEFORE being shipped.since this time, I have been "assured" the item has now been reshipped 6 TIMES! BECAUSE EACH "Alleged" shipment has according to their tracking program been delivered to every part of Canada EXCEPT ONTARIO. I have provided MY address Every time I was LIED to about a resend. I have consistently been provided a FAKE NON EXISTENT TRACKING NUMBER.THIS IS NOW FEBRUARY 2023..I still don't have what I paid for, my emails now go unanswered, ignored. I have contacted China Consumers Association regarding this THIEVING company. I have contacted Canada Post, alerting them to the LYING, THIEVING, SCAMS and telling them they might want to double check every package coming from these thieves for illegal contents.
