An advertisement popped up in Instagram which showed beautiful, low cut winter boots along with some orthopedic sneakers. Upon further review of the website, there was a 50% discount due to holiday season which seemed legit based on time of year. There are reviews on the site which are very good and seemed promising. Photos provided of the clothing Muse Vancouver sells are seemingly great quality products so I placed the order. I was immediately given tracking information, however, the details went missing and I was unable to track my shipment. I responded to one of the confirmation emails sent to me, however, it was invalid. Eventually, I was able to locate a link with tracking, showing the items were coming from China and not Vancouver. Eventually,

I located a legit email address, and sent an inquiry regarding my order; “ANNA” responded nearly one week later with a tracking update. Lo and behold, when the shoes arrived, they were jammed into a plastic bag, smelled highly toxic and the quality was extremely poor. The shoes I paid for were between $60-$70 each, on sale, and that’s a 50% discount! These shoes are cheap, unwearable and a complete scam. Further review shows the returns are made in Asia at my own expense. A Google search confirms multiple people are disappointed with their purchases as it’s a scam and rip off. I hope their website is removed ASAP and this business is shut right down!
