Purchased a JBL Speaker from this company on TikTok Shop and never received it after a month's time. I checked the tracking number that was given on almost a daily basis, and it showed the package moving through several states, and then it said it was delivered. I was definitely NOT delivered. I contacted them about a refund and they told me they would investigate. That was 3 days ago.

Stupid me bought things for a cheap price and didn’t do my research and found out later on that it is just a scam and they sen fake tracking numbers and the packages never come. I keep messaging the company they tell me to wait 30 days. I message them everyday asking where my refund is they said it’s processing. That was a week ago.
