The item is listed online with an original price of $149 and is discounted to $69. It is described as being made of Resin that is similar to Ceramic. When the item arrived, it is light and like plastic as well as defective. The quality is nowhere near equivalent to a $149 price tag. I contacted the company- they do not have a phone number, only e-mail. They requested a video of the lamp. I sent it. They said they needed to discuss a solution. After a week of not hearing from them, I reached out AGAIN via e-mail asking for an update. They responded that they are shipping me a new light bulb, and it is already sent to my home address, without my consent. Per the video- it is obvious that the light bulb works. It is a defective product- it is a lamp that is set to flash at timed intervals when it is SUPPOSED to just stay on like a normal lamp. I tried communicating that I was not satisfied with the resolution. No response. The company is also filtering reviews. I left a one star review with a detailed description of my experience- I saw it on the website- and the next day it was deleted. I tried again- same thing. The are misrepresenting this product and prevent people from getting an honest perspective on this $149… $69 on sale… product. The quality is blatantly not worth $69 let along $149, and my product was defective, and the company is not trying to correct the issue or provide good customer service.
