They responded by saying that "their was a gateway issue with my credit card and my order would be placed when it was resolved". They gave no further comment.
Twice I emailed them asking what issue that was. Both times I received the same response.
Yesterday, I emailed them and asked them to cancel my order.
My bank says no purchase has been shown to have been made.
I did a search online of their company. There are videos online and several websites listing them as a scam.
On review on trust pilot.com says he was hit by hundreds of dollars of charges a few weeks after placing his initial order.
I cancelled my credit card today and had it reissued.
