So I purchased bracelets off this site and had only seen that my order was placed for weeks then I tried to reach out and ask when it will be shipped. No answer. I emailed three time, called several times, left a voice mail, went on the insta and messaged as well. FINALLy this person TEXTS me and says she got hacked, her website, email and shopify. However, she has no business name in her voice mail and if she did get hacked why wouldn’t she mention that in her voice mail after a month? So she keeps saying she will deliver it to me, each day she promises it will come and it doesn’t. Every single day I followed up. So previously when she did not respond I filed a dispute with my credit card company thinking this must be a fraudulent business. So I did not retract the dispute because I wanted to jewelry in my hand to confirm it wasn’t a scam. It never ever came, she finally said after I followed up each day she saw I requested a refund. So sounds to me she brought me along for the ride but then when she saw a disputed the charge she had no reason to bait me anymore which this fictitious jewelry. This is a scam artist and a fraudulent business.
