Bought a 3 wooden ducks that have cutouts to mark the type of duck you have killed. The markers to go in the cutouts are to have a print of a bullet shell. I paid for expedited shipping. Website and FB page states from USA. Item was shipped from Italy! It arrived to my house with a return address of Ohio. One duck had all the markers, one duck had no markers, and one duck only had part of the markers but they did not have the print on them. It took a month to arrive. Ive contacted the company via email. They will not send the missing pieces or incorrect pieces. They only offered me $8. I have tried to call the number on the FB page and website but it doesnt work

A service was ordered. The vendor cancelled the order and has yet to refund me. They say they have refunded me, but a refund has been given.
