We were given a delivery date of approximately December 6, 2022.
We were given a tracking number in an email, but the link didn't work and the product never arrived.
We made repeated attempts to call the company at 416-630-9090 (which comes up as ROL Manufacturing Canada) and the mailbox was full.
We emailed [email protected] and asked for an explanation on December 19, 2022 and received an auto reply.
On December 29th and 30th, 2022, we received an email saying that our order was delivered to us in October, along with a fictitious tracking number, but of course that was impossible, as we placed the order on November 30th.
Repeated attempts to speak to anyone at Gamprs Inc., ROL Manufacturing Canada and/or Paint with Numbers have been unsuccessful.
After seeing reviews on Facebook and Instagram, it appears that this has happened to several others. This company took the payment and never sent the paintings. Please do your best to shut them down.
