seen advertisement on facebook for sale at old navy. Old navy website was brought up and offered the ability to order. Placed order and noticed did not receive an email confirmation. Called Old Navy and they had no record of order. Said may be a third party. Called credit card company to stop payment. They advised could not unless order not received and at that time a dispute could be filed. Did find confirmation email on different email. Was able to go on a tracking website. Track718 which would give updates on delivery status, though each update was cryptic. Received notification that order was delivered. No order received. Customer service advised checking with neighbors. No one received and there was never a delivery company name provided. Company said address wrong. Confirmed address correct. Company said could offer 60% refund or try again. At this point I had already reached out to credit card company to file dispute. While waiting for paper work I requested that they try to deliver again as correct address confirmed. Another tracking service given. Track678. Today it said package delivered. Again each update was cryptic and no delivery company name was given. I had reached out to customer service via email numerous times over this and they were always willing to try to satisfy the situation but the outcome is the same. They do have a website that i used the email address from www.pantoably.com
