I placed an order through the restaurant's website (https://www.pelicanausa.com/) for Crispy Spicy Fried Chicken. The photo on the menu is whole chicken and the menu didn't indicate that it was only half a chicken.(Nowhere on the order process it indicates it is only half sized) When I received my order, I found it was indeed half-sized. I contacted the restaurant (Pelicana Chicken Duluth, 2550 Pleasant Hill Rd #103, Duluth, GA 30096) to ask why it was half-sized. They informed me that if the website doesn't specify this, it's not their responsibility. They advised me to complain on the website, refused to issue a refund, and would not connect me to a manager.
