This lady breeds cats in her *** ****** ********** apartment and sells kittens. I realized in time that she has several cats including bengals and savannah. She offered a kitten to me, and I met her to see the kitten which is when I gave her the rest of the $100 deposit fee. We agreed for me to pick up the kitten a few weeks later when he was ready. During this time she attempted several times to convince me to e-transfer her the remainig balance before I would pick up the kitten. I refused and reminded her about our agreement for me to pay the balance at the time I would pick up the kitten. When it was time to meet and get the kitten she never showed up and stopped answering my text messages. She has not refunded my deposit and is refusing to answer my messages. In recent Kijiji adds she posted and other pics she shared the conditions for the kittens look deplorable. I have pictures that reflect that.
