I contacted him on his website and through email for customize suits for my son birthday. He agreed for $300. He told me its a store and they are busy only take appointments. Finally, he sends me saying his new address that is different from his website. I booked to meet with him on Sunday afternoon and used GPS to get to his destination and saw that it was a apartment. I called him saying your address shows a building and he says because of covid he is taking orders at his place. I believed that and went in and saw his samples and paper works and proceed with the order and deposited with shipping charges 50% which is 350 of $700. I decided to order two suits for both kids. Then, once I get home, he calls me and say the material price went up and invoice would be 950. I was not happy, but I went with it. I ordered on Oct 2 for pickup on Oct 16 . I texted him on the Oct 7h to see if got the material and if he start working on it. He did say yes he got the material . Then, he called me on Monday Oct 10, but I missed his call and I called him next morning. He told me the material he received is not enough for my both kids , and he could only make one suits . I was not happy but I went along with it. I was in doubt so asked him to send pictures of his work in progress and the material but he didn't. He hardly answers my calls or text. He promised to have it by Oct 16. I called and texted and he finally answered which is always an odd time after 7pm. He told me he can have it by Monday Oct 17, then it got moved to Oct 19. When he was not answering my calls I had a feeling I might not get my suits so I went with a other store and bought one . I was getting stressed with this man. My party was on Oct 22 for my son and I couldn't waste my energy with him close to the party date. He did call on the Oct 20 and send me an invoice just for one suits and added all new charges for about 900. I blocked all his contact to not stress.
