I purchased two bathroom items on their website that came to $1422.99, which I paid through Paypal. They sent me a receipt, but then asked me to put it through on my credit card instead, and issued a refund through Paypal. As soon as I placed the order again with my credit card, Renoz cancelled the Paypal refund.
Paypal has since offered me a refund after investigating the case for fraud.
I called multiple times and emailed numerous times requesting shipping information for weeks, and got no response. I also reported the case to Chase bank and I'm currently waiting on response from the bank in order to get my refund.
Since the fraudulent sale, I found other instances online regarding this company and similar outcomes of no product ever being shipped. Do not use this company!
