Was sent shipping confirmation with bogus tracking number. Order did not arrive. Contacted vendor multiple times via email. Finally responded that were re-shipping. Sent another bogus shipping number. Order never arrived.
Exchanged 15+ emails where they claim to have shipped items and deny having charged my card multiple times. Card was charged twice 2 weeks apart for different amounts.
Cannot reach this vendor by phone - only email.
