Two phone numbers provided were Canada :1-431-631-7505 / USA - 1-217-551-4078
Credit card was originally charged two payments of $3,959.01 and then an e-transfer was made in the amount of $3,870
Was trying to purchase an office shipping container..
Was told by the company that they were unable to process refund on credit card because there was a glitch in the system and that the payments were supposed to be refunded.
Was told that the problem would be fixed and and that I would get a refund within 5 days, which hasn't happened,
For the container I was supposed to get because we paid through transfer, it never showed up.
I have contacted the bank re: the three charges. They are currently investigating
I have tried to contact this company both via email and phone. The phone number is saying it is no longer in service and no one is responding to my emails.
Not sure what to do next.
