Initially received a email to renew my icloud subscription for $1.99 . I proceeded to pay an a message came up ICloud additional for $6.95. When i went to my checking account i realized it was for another company. I immediately called them for a refund and for my account to be canceled. I later found out they had taken out an additional $29.54 . When i called the rep said she will refund both amounts and send me a email with the refund informational which i never received. Today on the 5th of july i called and a rep told me they were going to refund all of my 6.95 but half of the refund for the 29.54. I did not authorize for them to take money out of my account. This company is a fraud and should be investigated. Thanks
