The website was selling a nativity scene that I wanted to buy for someone for Christmas. It looked like it was on a really good sale. I ordered it and received a confirmation email. After a number of days, I tried to use the order status lookup feature on their website, and it wasn't showing my order so I emailed their support ([email protected]) and they shared a tracking number to use on https://www.17track.net/en. The package eventually said it was delivered but it never was. I live in a condo with 24/7 concerige service and security cameras, so stolen packages aren't an issue for us. All packages are also left at the front desk. When I emailed support, they said the package had been successfully delivered "to/at the mailbox" (I don't have a mailbox) and they insisted the package must have been stolen. They did agree to refund 30% of the order price on Dec. 3rd, but I have still not received that refund. After emailing them again they said there was an issue at the bank and they would re-issue it. I know I won't ever receive that money.

I will file a separate complaint for this, but just for reference, my aunt then ordered the same nativity scene from a different site and ended up being scammed in the exact same way, although her order price was almost $70. She bought it from a company that claimed to be based in Texas (company named JoySprig), then was charged by a company based in Dublin (company named Risetor) and the product was shipped out of China. My aunt never received a confirmation email, so I emailed the company and they provided a tracking number, which was linked to the same tracking site as my order (https://www.17track.net/en). We immediately knew it was going to be a scam again, and sure enough it says the package was delivered yesterday and my aunt lives in a residential area with a Ring doorbell, and no package was ever delivered.
