I placed my order 11/01/24. I received a tracking number, but the only status update is from 11/04/24: Pre-Shipment, Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item. MELROSE PARK, IL 60160. The USPS website shows that they never received the package to ship. Shapedly's website showed my order was In Transit on one page, but another page on their site showed my order had been delivered. I contacted customer service on 11/23/24 since the website says the standard delivery time is 5-12 business days. I was told by customer service that my package had been sent to the carrier for shipping and they "recommend waiting until the end of this week for the tracking information to be updated. If you still haven't received any updates, please let us know." I waited a week and the tracking information still showed that they had not given the package to the carrier. I emailed them back asking for my order to be cancelled and to issue me a refund since they still had not shipped it, but they replied with the same tracking number, saying it has been shipped and that "orders must be received by the customer first before we can start the return/refund process." This business is a scam. They keep lying to me about my merchandise being shipped and are refusing to refund my money.
