requesting tracking info. Her site said email responses are 48 - 72 hrs. It's been over two weeks and I still haven't gotten a response. Two days ago, I received an email of a refund being issued. After that, I received two emails of my order being CANCELED but no refund amount so it was as if she toi back my refund. I still haven't received the item. Today is November 8th. I checked my online banking noticed that the refund transaction showed it was being processed. Today I woke up to check if had been deposited and noticed there is no trace of the refund transaction. So she took the refund back and didn't send me the product. I had to dispute the transaction and call my bank. They investigated and saw that she did issue the refund but reversed it and took it back. She is a fraud! Multiple people have had this issue with her and its unfortunate because this was my first time placing an order with her.
