I bought a bag from this website, and they immediately provided me with the tracking details using this courier https://goddyexpress.com/index. The package was shipped from Paris, France, and has been stranded in my city since Dec 23, 2023. I contacted them through email but there was no response. Their ("Tory Burch") customer service email address is [email protected]. All of these are FAKE! I lost my money. So, BEWARE.

The scammer used social media ( Facebook, Instagram) to advertise fake website like "www.orijencatdogfood.com " in order to process their credit card ， then some one with the name "Cecilia Johnson" with email address : [email protected] provides the tracking number for the delivery and forward customers to fake tracking website " https://goddyexpress.com" with fake mailing address in 1322 Freeman Ct., Paris, France with fake email address of : [email protected].

Customers NEVER receive the merchandise and their credit card will be charged for the items never received and never existed.

I made an order online from https://www.alphaletecanada.ca/

for a total of 80 USD. after not receiving a shipping update I emailed the seller.
Same case as you guys. CECELIA JOHNSON replied with a "tracking number" from the website : https://goddyexpress.com/index
after looking a the details, shipment was label as coming from paris? huge redflag.
at thispoint i am in the middle of disputing this with my credit card company

how can we report their website to be fraudulent?

I ordered three pairs of Skechers trainers / sandals at a 'bargain' price with 'discounts' of just over 50 euros for the three. The website of GODD EXPRESS looked genuine enough and I was provided with tracking details including notes that my package was going though Customs. Looking closely at the site now I see some spelling and gramatical errors so I realised this must be a scam. I am now going to try to get my money back.

Exact same scam I just went through, right down to the name Cecelia Johnson. Fake tracking fake courier site (goddyexpress) my order was alphalete Canada (this website was fake also?. Fraud dept at my bank is aware and verified it’s fake. This scammer will email you with updates on tracking and by day 14 -20 will email again with a fake tracking link. Beware. Call your bank right away if you read this and report it everywhere.

This is my story to a T, right down to the name “Cecelia Johnson” same email same goddyexpress shipping! Only diff is I was on a fake Canadian Alphalete website. Call the number on the back of your credit card and ask for the fraud dept. they will report and get your money back.
