Seen an ad on facebook for Sierosol adjustable dentures for occasional wearing, clicked on the ad as it looked very official and was brought to sierosol.com. Having gone on to look through their item info page, decided I wanted to purchase the item, then proceeded to enter my credit card info & even paid extra money for express shipping! First thing I noticed was that immediately after paying with my credit card, the website completely changed to a whole different site, it literally changed while I was on it. Second odd thing I noticed was that I never did receive the tracking email or even a confirmation of the sale which I was promised both according to their website but neither happened. I had to search their site myself using my email account to get my own package tracking number & it said my package was now with China Post and re-directed me there. I looked up China Post myself, and entered the tracking info and watched as it took over 3 weeks to get from China to here, being Ontario. Once it bypassed customs, they tracked it 3 more times as it said it was now going to (*** ***) my postal code and ultimately it said "delivered" to customer home address. I never saw the package. I tried emailing them several times but no response each time. They have no contact number listed on this "new" site that the original site changes too once you have paid. They do not return any emails back and I have been unable to reach China Post by phone or any other means as I have attempted that as well. Needless to say, my credit card was charged $79 CAD and for absolutely nothing, not even a response.
