I placed my order on Mar. 21st, providing my credit card information, payment was processed and I received my order confirmation email the same day. A few days later I received an email with tracking information.
I continued to track the progression of my order ***** **************************************************** It showed that my order was delivered on Apr. 13th, but nothing was either delivered to my door or community mailbox. I decided to wait a few days before reaching out to customer care to see if anything showed up.
I decided to finally reach out to customer service on Apr. 16th to [email protected]. I let them know that tracking showed that my order was delivered but I did not receive anything and requested a full refund. I also noticed that their website had completely changed and no longer had customer service contact information.
Two days later I received a reply from customer service stating the following:
“Dear customer:
Hello, since we checked the status of your order, our warehouse has processed it and shipped it, in this case, we cannot cancel the order.
Have a nice day!
Sincerely,
Customer Service Center”
They did not address any of the issues that I had contacted them about nor was provided any information on how to get resolved.
I had since disputed the charge with my credit card provider, changed my credit card and filing a ScamPulse.com claim as this clearly is fraudulent.
