We are a local Spa in Murfreesboro, TN - Pure Glow Skin Care. The people scamming have a website www.pureglow-skincare.com. They are advertising an anti-aging facial cream and moisturizer. If you go to the website you will see that they are advertising to sign up to get a trial size of cream for $6.95 and then if you don't cancel within a week you will be charged $96.95. We get so many calls from people who are upset and asking for their money back because they did cancel within the first 7 days and they were still charged the $96.95. However, we are not this company, and we have to explain that this is not our site, and provide them with our website to see for themselves. We advise them that we don't carry private label facial products, and they can go to our online store to see for themselves.

We had one gentleman actually file a complaint against our business thinking that this was us, but he finally called and we were able to clarify and we had the issue resolved on the ScamPulse.com site.

We also just had another victim call us, and she advised my receptionist that when she called their 1800 number to ask for their refund they advised her that they use a third party vendor for their billing and referred them to OUR phone number. We've just been assuming that people are just searching our name and that's how they find our number, but it turns out they are now targeting us in addition to scamming innocent people.
