Type of a scam Online Purchase
I received the clothes, which fit extremely small and do not match the website description. I made a request for a return and refund the same day I received the items. It took someone two weeks to reply to my request with a generic "we would like more details" email. I provided that and again asked for a refund. Two weeks later they offered me a 15% refund and I keep the product, despite my request for a full refund and despite none of this being in their return policy. I declined and again requested a refund. Two weeks later again and they offered me a 60% gift card and I keep the product, or a refund and I return the product. This again is not in the return policy. I again requested the refund and have yet to hear back.
This is clearly a scam and online sources echo this. The misleading ads, significant delays in replying, and stonewalling all attempts at returning the product are significant red flags. There is no information on the country of origin on the website; however, the return address on the packaging is as follows:
