My location is Estonia. The store location is Canada. The order was placed on 08/13/24, order number - #S52395 on the website https://soraclothing.ca/, when placing the order it was not written that the product is out of stock or that it is a pre-order. It was also written that delivery is 15-25 business days. After the deadline, I contacted the store, to which they replied that only shipping from this store is 15-35 business days and then delivery is 15-25 business days. After 60 business days, I asked for a refund for the product, to which the store consultant replied that their policy does not allow this, only if a refund is requested within 24 hours after placing the order and at the moment the product is out of stock and will appear around October. Then I wrote to Shop Pay, a system that helps in tracking orders and communicating with sellers, and clarified whether their refusal to refund is legal. To which Shop Pay filed my complaint, but the user policy states that Shop Pay is not responsible for purchases and I need to contact the bank. At this point I still haven't received it.
