Ordered the product over a month ago and never received it. Emailed them three times with no response. Reached out on socials and their website with no response from them. Numerous comments on their socials indicating many others experiencing the same

I placed an order some weeks back for some Korean skin care products. After a couple of weeks had passed, I checked the tracking number provided. According to the shipper (YDH) there was an error on the address. I looked back at my order confirmation and my address is correct. I have emailed both Stylevana and the shipping company and each time I get the same message - that someone will get back to me within 24 hours. I have since followed up on their ******** and ********* pages. The automated reply is the same. It's notable that their ******** page has several comments (some are my own) complaining of missing packages, no follow up etc.
