I saw an add on Instagram for this website that sells sunglasses. They appeared to have a big discount on their website. I purchased a product and never received a tracking number for that. The only communication I got was an email that they sent me confirming that my order was received. After a few days of not receiving a tracking number I decided to reach out via their website (on their "contact us" page) to tell them that I needed to know where the item was. They never got back to me so I repeated the same process a few days later. No response again. I sent them an email that was my last attempt and since that day, their website DOES NOT exist anymore. So I have no way of contacting them or getting my money back. I tried tracing back their page on instagram since that is where I saw the add in the first place but I could not find the page.
