Purchased 2 pair Jurassic Park Crocs on 11/22/24. Never received them, they sent tracking info from Italy to South Carolina last tracking was on Dec. 19, 2024. Contacted Sunsingers.com multiple times they were going to resend order then they said shipper still has order and they are still on their way. Found out through TrustPilot.com that multiple people as far back as October 2024 have not received them. Sent e-mail asking for a refund on 1/30/24. No replies from Sunsinger. Well devised scam.
