On the day of "Black Friday" this website was up and running and two days afterwards. I ordered Steve Madden sneakers purchased with Cash app and never received a confirmation # immediately once paid on site. I tried emailing them asking for confirmation but came back as a non-working email. Emailed second contact for support and never received reply! Cash app "investigated," and said because I intentionally sent/authorized purchase, that I was not eligible for refund EVEN THOUGH as of December 10,2024...I STILL HAVE NO SHOES. LOST MONEY AND NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT.
