Ordered cupcakes and cheese to be delivered for Mother’s Day. Order was never delivered. Updated tracking still says it will be delivered but never arrives (order was supposed to be delivered May 11, it is now May 15). Called customer service and no one responded. Emailed customer service, the sales email and refunds and received no response. Website claims to respond within 24 hours. Was only able to contact the company because of the number listed on my credit card charge. Eventually someone answered and said that would call me in 5 min and it took much longer to receive a call back and person on phone just kept repeating that I cannot get a refund until I receive my order. Also the person on the phone attempted to claim that in “peak season” they have 72 hours to respond but that is not on the website claim. The order is for perishable food items that can make someone sick if consumed that many days late. This company is trying to make it difficult to get in contact with them and not delivering product and also blaming shipping companies for poor service.

This company offers to deliver floral arrangements, but if the addressee is not there or doesn't pick up the phone, the delivery will fail. Then they demand more payments to try again to deliver. However, they refuse to call the addressee on principle, thus making the liklihood of another delivery failure higher than it needs to be. This appears to be a ruse to enable them to charge multiple delivery fees, without any guarantee of any delivery. I've been promised a partial refund. BAD DEAL!!!
