I tried contacting this company through email and on instagram no response for over two months, until I reported it to my card company. Then someone responded and told me that the order would be shipped, I even asked for a refund still no product or refund. I ordered the products May3,2024 the payment was processed on May5,2024. It’s been almost three months and still no products. I would like my money back from this company
