Tintzy online order On May 20 2024 asked abt my delivery date Daniel was the name of the person that responded to me and he said it will be 5-6 weeks as they are swamp with orders. Tried several times to contact in June July and August and tried to get a refund and no response whatsoever

Called my visa to try to get my money back and they said it was too late . Contact shop for my delivery and filed a complaint and they said they cannot disclose any investigation as it is considered privacy. WTH. It's Almost October 25 now and nothing has changed so I am considering this a scam being made by TintZy . This is all over social media and tic Tok and I don't know why it is still there scamming people with their product.
