An ad came on our phone advertising Dewalt tools deals. We bought the tools online. We thought we was ordering it from New York, But when they shipped it, we noticed the tracking came from China. It took 21 days until it said it was delivered but we never received anything. I emailed the tracking company and they said "Your package was delivered based on the tracking number provided" and told me to email the official website I bought it from. I did and the next day I got a "Your message couldn't be delivered. Despite repeated attempts to deliver.". I found another email and emailed them. Their email said "If you haven't received it contact your local post office. I did and they had no package for me. So here I am no tools, out $49.98 and don't know what to do next. The name that appears on my credit card transaction page for the tools is Tovni.
