trademarkbuds.com Pretends to be legitimate company offering Trademark help to business in USA. Their website looks so professiona;l. They are scammers, they impersonate USPTO official and use scare tactic to make money from unsuspecting business owners. Trademark buds is nothing but a well organized Scam. There is no legitimate company called TradeMarkBuds, they onlu have a website trademarkbuds.com to scam. When taking payments they will gimmick you to send payments to accounts that are on another name (example: Techeduflex Inc) . When we asked for Form W9 trademarkbuds.com danced around this topic and did not provide. Since they are legitimate company they can not provide Form W9. trademarkbuds.com will file the Trademark petiton with USPTO, but their scam process starts after that. Trademarkbuds will impersonalte as USPTO officer and call you and keep scaring you to scam business owners. They will say somone is claiming rights on your business name, Trademark will make you to may big money. Bogus claim. Fake USPTO officer phone calls. See below the email I received from [email protected] for a bogus service they pretend to offer ******The details for the federal fee of the recomended requirements are as below:

1) Sections 8 & 9 Federal Fee: $725 x 6 = $4,350

2) Sections 8 & 15 Federal Fee: $525 x 6 = $3150 (Recommended)

2) Disclaimer per Classification Fee = $100 x 6 = $600

3) Attestation for all 50 states = $20 per state = $20 x 50 X 2 (2 Application Name & Logo) = $2,000

Total = $10,100/-"
