I made my purchase online, then I received a tracking number for FedEx. That was a fake number for my purchase. I contacted FedEx and they explained that particular number was for an entirely different customer and address, but TwinkleTumblers.com sent me an email stating that the package was delivered to my address by FedEx using that tracking number for other person and now will not reply back to my many emails, calls do not go through , and I have been nice about my requests for a refund. They now have my bank card information , which I will be changing. They are clearly a fake company . The order number they provided me with was order #**** . The FedEx tracking number ************. According to FedEx belonged to a person named ****, only info they would provide. My name is ****** !!!!!!!!
