I wired the money to their chase bank account on 3/13/23, received an email stating my item is scheduled to be shipped out on 03/13/2023 at 5:00 PM, along with two other Items bought by different clients. Got the next email stating The Item will be delivered on 03/15/2023 between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM by an AutoHaus Motors commercial truck. Then received an email on 3/15 that there was going to be a 1 day delay on the delivery because the guy driving the truck was sick. Then received another email the next day that stated, “we regret to inform you that delivery of the Item cannot be completed. On March 16, 2023 - 8:41 AM, the company commercial truck carrying your Item was involved in an accident with another vehicle. As per the accident notification received from our insurance company, the Item suffered damages during the shipping process. As the Item's condition has been changed, we will start the refund process for your transaction. The refund will be initiated to the same Bank account from which the payment was made. It will take 1-3 business days to be paid to your account. According to our Bank, the payment should reach your account latest on March 18, 2023 - 3:00 PM.

A complete accident report will be provided by our insurance company within the next 3 business days and will be forwarded to your registered email address.

I received an email on 3/16/23 from [email protected]

Forwarding me the confirmation email from the chase bank. It said, “Thank you for banking with JP Morgan Chase Bank. This is confirmation that the following refund was scheduled on March 16, 2023 - 7:05 PM and should be completed by Chase on March 17, 2023 - 11:00 AM. Consequently, the funds should be available to the Beneficiary, during the next 1-3 Business Days. It is now 3/23/23 and I have received no further information. I have emailed the seller and the Autohaus Motors company and have made no contact with either of them. I told them that I need a case # for the accident for my insurance and my lawyer. And still, no contact.
