Velour Toronto posted a sad story on Facebook stating this Boutique located downtown Toronto had to close because they couldn't compete and the two owners wanted to spend more time with their grandchildren. There is a countdown ticker on the website saying 'everything must go!' As I am typing this the counter says 12 hours 13 minutes and 47 secs to go. The clock just resets everyday. They've inflated the prices by hundreds of dollars and send you garbage. I tried to cancel the order immediately but was denied, I was led to believe the merchandise was coming directly from the boutique in Toronto.....I had to dig for a tracking # which brought me to china. I was sent two seperate packages a week apart. I was in contact with someone (Sofia) who apologized and told me I could return for a full refund and would assist with the return. She then tried on three occasions to offer me a discount to keep the garbage I received. First it was 20%, then 30%, then 40% off. I said NO, I want a full refund, I was deceived into ordering from you and the products I received or horrendous. If I don't take the 40% I have to ship products back to China at a cost of $166. My order was $250. I have since requested a contact phone for the shipment (as per canada post) and they have not responded to me. It's been 4 days. I have filed a complaint with Visa to try and reverse the charges. I have all the print screens and emails.
