I have ordered from Vivaia.com before with no issues. I put an order into Vivaia.ca Oct 28/24, and received confirmation of my order. Oct 31, I received another email that my order has been sent out with a tracking #, through www.17track.net. I tracked the order from China, through customs to the last update Nov 28? Stating out for delivery. Nothing received. Now the tracking # does not exist. No response to my emails, and the tracking company wanted to pay to look into this further. I looked online to my credit card purchases with no purchase made that day. My delayed credit card bill( due to Canada post strike) arrived, and I have been charged to an order I never received.
