The scammer used tiktok to share the product information, which then took you to a website. I was provided with tracking information and an order number. The order shipped from overseas and was delivered to a different state. I contacted the company. They replied that they would send my a new product and it would arrive in 8-10 days. No tracking number was provided for this order. After doing a little research, it appears that other people had the exact same thing happen to them.
