They post ads on Pinterest for a multi pot set(le crueset) branded products. They claim that items will be sent from USA. The tracking information they sent, is using a site for China postal. I have sent several emails requesting a Canada post tracking number, which they deflected by stating on their end items were delivered and ignored providing a Canada post tracking number. Then after I sent an email stating they leave me no choice but to report them to my local authorities and my bank as fraud/scam they finally admit that my items were “lost” and that they could reship or refund I demanded to have a refund, all my request for refund has been ignored. There is no phone number or address to contact this “business”.
