Ordered a custom mug on October 3rd. Website said same day service available, so called the business next day (October 4th) for un update. Individual who answered said their printer was down so there would be a delay. On October 11th I followed up via email as I still had heard nothing. The auto email response said to text or call, so I text. The individual replied right away saying they would have my mug done in a couple days. I followed up again on October 27th and requested a refund as I still had no update. The person refused to give a refund claiming I had "broken contract" by not calling (although I had phoned October 4th). They then blocked my number.
