There was an ad to purchase a hat for $35.00 on Facebook. I placed the order online on 12/29/2024. As of 01/29/2025, the order is still pending with no response from customer service to cancel the order. The phone number sends you an email saying, "Thanks for reaching out to WinRed Support! ???? Happy to assist you. We are currently experiencing a high volume of inquiries. We appreciate your patience as our response times may be delayed. Someone will be in touch with you as soon as we are able! You can also give us a call at 1-855-922-1776 for assistance.

The 855# is the one I called.
