Purchase item in aug of 2023 from a facebook group. I had purchased from this person befor and while it took 8 months to recieve due to item being hand made i did get it so felt safe with another purchase. In march of 2023 i reached out to inquire about my order and as we talked learned of another item that interested me so purchased it with the understanding the items would ship together. In may of 2024 i inquired and was told my items would ship the following monday which was the 20th. Two week and no item i reached out again was told a tracking number would be sent to me. Another two weeks and i reached out again only to be ignored. I messaged thru his big cartel account that i purchased through as well as my paypal account which unfortunately was past the allowed time frame to request a refund. I saw his posts on other pages i follow offering items for sell and inquired about my order but it seems i have been blocked. Upon some research it appears this is a very common occurance with him and he has since closed the big cartel account. I really love his work and honestly just want my items but at this point it seems i am out the money
